You might remember that I did a sneak attack with potatoes. I purchased a small bag of baby potatoes and kept about 5-10 in a desk in the dark for a couple of weeks. Now that the nice weather is here I have transferred them into a pot. As the potatoes grow, you cover up the stems with dirt so the canopy has to raise and thus produces more potatoes. I should have used a potato bag to get a real harvest, but this proof of concept is working very well.
